This policy explains how 10mb.com uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you control them. It covers 10mb.com only. Our client portal at clients.10mb.com is a separate system with its own sign-in, and it uses its own cookies to keep you signed in.
Your choice comes first
You decide which cookies and similar technologies run on this site. A notice offers Accept and Deny. Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the site cannot work without them. At present they are the only cookies this site uses, so there is nothing optional to switch on.
If we ever add optional technologies such as analytics, they will stay switched off until you choose Accept. If you choose Deny, or ignore the notice, they never run. The notice stays on screen until you choose. You can change your mind at any time using Consent Settings in the footer, which is always available.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a site stores on your device. We use the word here to cover similar technologies too: local storage, pixels and scripts that read or write information on your device.

These are functional cookies. Without them we could not remember that you declined, and you would be asked on every page.
Third-party technologies
We currently run no analytics, advertising or social tracking on this site. The social media icons in our footer are ordinary links: they do not load anything from those services here and they do not set cookies on this site. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. It loads from Cloudflare when you open the contact page, is not used for advertising or tracking, and is strictly necessary to keep the form secure, so the cookie notice does not hold it back. Cloudflare is listed on our Sub-processors page. If we add any other third-party technology in future, we will list it in this policy and in our Privacy Policy, and any optional technology will stay off until you accept it.
Web fonts are served from our own servers rather than a third-party font provider, so no request for them reaches an outside company.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you see, block and delete cookies through its settings. Blocking functional cookies may stop parts of the site working, including remembering your consent choice.
